Viva Photo Studio is your official yearbook photographer. We look forward to providing you with outstanding service and superior quality. Remember, your yearbook staff only accepts portraits taken by our studio for the yearbook. Below are our special graduation packages.
In addition to the yearbook portrait, we recommend that you be photographed with something meaningful to you, such as a sport uniform and equipment, a musical instrument, a pet or buddy. Your senior portraits are part of a tradition that commemorates the final year of high school. Viva Photo Studio offers different packages to capture these precious memories that will be treasured for generations. Flexible payment plan options are also available.
Portrait sessions will be taken at Viva Photo Studio (address below) by appointment only. Appointments are open until mid-November (the deadline to be photographed for the yearbook is 11/15/2023). To schedule an appointment, call our studio at (714) 761-1025. Please call as soon as possible because appointment dates and times are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.
Yearbook portraits will be taken in your Formal Outfit

What should I wear? - Your Yearbook portrait will be taken in your formal outfit.
Gentlemen: We recommend guys wear a necktie and collared shirt with a jacket (suit) for your yearbook photo. Our studio has shirts, ties, and jackets for you to borrow for your session.
Ladies: Senior shawls and drapes are available for girls (provided by our studio). If you do not want to be photographed in the traditional senior shawl or drape, we recommend wearing a solid color blouse or dress for your yearbook photo.
Students that are choosing a package with outfit changes, please bring a variety of outfits, shoes and accessories. In addition, bring things that highlight your achievements and interests such as sports gear, instruments, letterman jacket, trophies, class rings, etc.
Caps and gowns (and tassels) are provided by our studio for those who would like to be photographed in the cap and gown during their session.
Can I bring someone with me to my session?
Yes. We highly recommend bringing your parents/guardians to your session. They are welcome to be in the camera room with you or stay in the waiting area. Do not let them miss out on these special memories.
Do you offer Professional Hair and Make-up?
Yes, professional hair and make-up can be added to your session for $129. If you would like only either hair or make-up, the fee is $79. Please let us know that you are adding hair and make-up when you are making your appointment. Our hair and makeup artist will consult with you to achieve your desired camera-ready look for your portraits.
What are my options for viewing my Senior Portraits?
In-studio viewing of your session is usually available after your session or by appointment. We recommend having a parent/ guardian with you to help select your best portraits. An optional printed proof sheet is available for you to take home for $30. Please let us know if you would like to order a printed proof sheet at the time of your session.
How much money do I need to bring?
Your sitting fee is due at the time of your appointment. Orders may be taken at the time of session. For portrait packages, orders usually require a minimum 50% deposit or paid in full. Flexible payment options are available as well. Please ask a studio associate about our different payment options. We accept cash, credit card, and debit card.
What is light retouching and professional retouching?
Light retouching includes softening of fine lines and blemishes. Professional retouching includes lightening dark circles under eyes, removing acne and blemishes, and teeth whitening.
Do you offer other products and packages?
Yes, please visit our studio for other products such as customized announcement cards, frames, button pins, key chains, enlargements, etc. For other packages and a la carte poses and prints, please visit our studio or call us at (714) 761-1025.
